Nica’s 2010 weight loss challenge – watch me drop 20 pounds in 3 months.

I am 5 feet 5 and 189.5 pounds as of today’s date 1-2-10. I am blogging on youtube to get some motivation to lose at least 20 pounds by 4-17-10 (on that day my first son will be 7). I weighed 170 when I got pregnant with him, so I think that is a good start. My ultimate goal is to lose 50 pounds and get down to 139.5, but I have decided to celebrate success in 20 pound increments. Please support me in my journey and subscribe or add me as a friend.

    I applaud you for making this video I can’t wait to view your others to see your progress. hopefully I will get the nerve to post some more hair journey videos and start my weightloss videos. and I promis you we are leg twins lol.

    @hollypop79 Thank you! That means so much to me. I wish that I were 146 pounds. I have not seen that weight since 1999. I pray that I will get there by spring. I know that you can get to 130. That will be a piece of cake for you.

    you seem like youre doing so well so far! def an inspiration to me,..im around 146 and im 5’6 but i want to be around 130 ish so obviously not as big as a challenge as youre undergoing, but its tough nonetheless! good luck with everything!

    @inspired1209 I lost 22 pounds last year and gained 10+, so I am currently 179.2 and I hope to at least get to 147 this time.

    Ye,losing weight is not easy, but it is POSSIBLE. There is so many OTHER (fun) ways to lose weight.. dancing to the music (2h/day) or playing soccer with kids.. So, no need to spend hours in gym. I just recently bought this ebook from weightlossdatabase.info and I am seeing some great results so far. 10 pounds in two weeks..If I remember correctly, ebook costed only $3.     Morbidly obese people have a fascinating mentality.

    Have you noticed how morbidly obese people always drink diet coke? Never mind that they’ll consume 20,000 calories in a day-they’ve got their diet coke. That’s a step in the right direction…

    hey girl..i have been searching for a buddy on here that i can relate to about my weight loss! we are both parents who had C-SECTIONS..mother to mother…the bottom pouch (stomach) has got to go…lol im sooo sick of it…im working out and watching my intake!! any pointers on slimming my stomach! how much weight have u lost overall??( u have inspired me)

    Hmm…maybe you should of fixed ur cam before filming. That’s a good goal, it’s healthy to love that about yourself hun. Yeah you sure do need to lose tht weight gal! Most of us hun have big thighs but pears shapes get it the most. You need a dame good bra hun dont compare yourself to models you are the real women is. What u need to do cardio and ab toning k.
